Thanks to the Koru Mindfulness mobile app, you will be able to access all your course materials via your smart phone. The app is designed to help you every step of the way so you get the most from your Koru class. Before your course starts, your Koru app will show you your class syllabus and information about your teacher and your course.
Once your class has started, you'll be able to do your daily practice with support from tutorials and guided meditations. The app will offer you key concepts to help you stay on track. Even better, your teacher will be able to coach you and answer your questions via your Koru app.
You will also be able to track your progress, follow your class' gratitude river, and see your class' mindfulness garden grow. All these features make it interesting and easy to connect with your class and persist with your mindfulness practice.
